The villa is situated in the close neighbourhood of the Liptovská Mara Dam (10 km) in the suburbs of the Bobrovník village. It is only a road that separates the villa from the dam.

In two separate accommodation units with total capacity of 18 persons. Both parts of the villa have common balcony and terrace with sitting and grill.

The first part of the villa has a large sitting room with fireplace, TV, completely fournished kitchen and bar.
