Accommodation facility is situated on the 1000 m2 area near the village of Smrečany. The locality lies off the main road, 5 km North from the town of Liptovský Mikuláš. The near surroundings offer favoureable conditions for summer hiking and winter sports as well in the Western, Low and High Tatras.
Popular places for outings are thermal swimming-pools in Liptovsky Ján and Bešeňova which are in the yearlong run. AQUAPARK Tatralandia is only 10 km from the house. Liptovska Mara dam, Demänovské caves and the winter sports centres (also with artificial snow) Jasná pod Chopkom, Žiar - Dolinky, Podbreziny, Opalisko and many others.
Fitness centre with sauna is only 200m far from the house. Only 200 m walking from the house you can join the maintained cross-country skiing tracks in Žiarska dolina. These tracks lead to the mountain hotel Žiarska chata (1300 m above the sea level) which is opened yearlong. Touristic attractions, such as the horseback riding and mountain herdsman chalet with restaurant offering fresh products from sheep milk, you can find in one of the most attractive valleys in the Western Tatras - Žiarska dolina. There is also a possibility to hire a professional mountain guide for more challenging hikes and mounts (Gerlachovský štít, for example)

    The accommodation facility has three separate entrances:
Entrance A - East: 3 bedrooms - 8 beds (extra beds possible), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, equipped kitchen, dining-room, sitting-room with fireplace and South-oriented balcony.
