room there are 2 single beds
completely equipped kitchen- gas stove with digestor,teapot,mini coffeee machine, microvawe and fridge.
completely furnished bathroom with a shower, wash basin and electric boiler
separate toilet with wash basin

On the 1st floor there is two 4-bed bedroom
Heating: electric heating, possibility to use fireplace
Price: for the whole object 100 EUR in the season,in christmas time and New Year´s Eve special price offer.
The area around the cottage is made up,sunny, surrounded by the forest, next to the cottage there is a little spring, seating with the open fire
Parking next to the building behind the locked gate,available also in winter. Cottage isrented mostly in 1 week intervals - from saturday to saturday,arrival until 2 o´clock pm,leaving at 10am.
The owners look after the heating, in Winter is the cottage heated.
Distances from the cottage: grocer- 500m, river Bela-500m, Hotel Permon- 2 km, sw.pool, sauna, ski lifts, bicycle rental, possibility of boarding - Podbanské - 2 km. Lipt. Ján 19 km - TK,L.Hrádok - 15 km, L. Mikuláš 26 km - L- UZ, Štrbské pleso 16 km L, Bešeňová 36 km ,shop - 200 m,Račkova valley 4 km, Tichá valley, Kôprová valley - 2,5 km Liptovská Mara - 34 km.
Whole area is suitable for cross country skiing and in summer for touristics /Západné, Vysoké Tatry, Nízke Tatry/.
